Villa Minuta is available for a minimum stay of one week during the summer season, while during the low season also shorter stays can be booked; accommodation up to 10 people.
Final cleaning: €280,00. Electricity over 300 kw for week according to consumption €0.40/kw.
City tourist tax €1,00/day per person (children up to 12 years are free of charge)
Luggage transportation, parking off-site, extra cleaning, bed/bath linen change, wood for fireplace and pizza oven, charcoal for barbecue, grocery delivery service, central heating, baby cot, extra bed (max 2), cooking classes using the villa’s home-grown products, massages, yoga, babysitting, food&wine tours, cultural tours, hiking, boat excursions, pizza party, fishing lessons, scuba-diving, etc.
